Course
Cochecho is a shot maker’s course and is a challenge for players of all ability levels offering four sets of tees to provide maximum enjoyment for all ages. The course measures 6,210 yards from the Blue tees, 5,959 from the White, 5,432 from the Gold and 4,804 yards from the Green markers. The course is a Par 70, rated at 70.0 with a slope of 123 and the women’s par is set at 74. A driving range, putting green, practice area for chipping and bunker play are also integral parts that complement our members’ golf experience.
Member’s Tournaments
The Club hosts many Men, Women and Mixed Member Golf Events throughout the year for member enjoyment. Starting in May with the Spring Scramble, followed by monthly One Day Member Guests, Family Golf, Nine & Dines, along with 2 day tournaments – Cochecho Shuffle, PYPO & 1 day tournaments Beauty & the Beast, Summer Solstice to name a few. Featured tournaments include the Men’s 3 Day Member Guest and the Ladies Member Guest. Also club championships for all ages and levels.
Men’s and Women’s Golf Leagues
Cochecho Country Club offers separate golf leagues for men and women. The basic format for both leagues is weekly match play against an opponent of comparable ability with points earned benefitting your team. The emphasis is always on fun friendly competition in a welcoming environment. The Ladies also have a “Green Team” in which a group of women players enjoy their weekly golf in a more casual, non competitive format. Meant for the newer player or non competitive golfer, the Green Team provides the fun spirit of the game in a weekly gathering of golf and fellowship. All leagues include a casual meal after the round.
Juniors, Children & Grandchildren of Members
Children between the ages of 12 through 20 years of age, or under the age of (23) if a full-time student and living at home can apply as a Junior member or as a qualifying children under an adult golfing membership. Applicable age is determined January 1st each year. Children under the age of (12) will be allowed to play with a qualified parent or grandparent, with no guest fee and approval of the Golf Professional or their designee.
First Tee Golf
The First Tee of New Hampshire’s program offers unique and fun learning opportunities for young people from ages 5 – 17. The program utilizes the unique game of golf, and its core values and traditions, to teach values and life skills to young people of all backgrounds, especially those who might not otherwise ever have an opportunity to experience the game of golf.
